My friend ate a full size portion and now several hours later is still fine. So if you are in Panajachel
make sure to go to the lake and feel confident in trying this ceviche (really a generous size portion!) It´s only going to be available until Easter.

What does shark taste like? Is it "fishy" tasting or is it more like chicken or something? Never tried it but I guess shark fin soup is causing a lot of controversy these days. Looks like you had fun in Guatemala!

I'm not sure if I can take my chance with street food. Always worries me not knowing how long it's been sitting, what kind of bugs have landed on it, etc. Last thing I need is a bout of food poisoning.
