Boiled water is not distilled, you really should not put untrue statements up on your blog. When you boil water, you must collect the steam, if not you just have water that has been disinfected and still contains heavy metals and minerals (inorganic, dead minerals). When making coffee and Tea your end result will still taste like the beginning result, gross. I only use steam distilled water in my coffee, tea, beverages, ice and drinking water. It is pure! I have been drinking it for 22 years, perfect health.
